Lovable by design

Lovability isn’t a nice-to-have. It’s the ultimate measure of meaningful design.

For over two decades, I’ve partnered with teams ranging from venture-backed startups to Fortune 500 enterprises to create products that aren’t just adopted. They’re loved.

Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of teaching the next generation of designers how to apply the principles of human-centered product design to aim beyond usability and reach for something deeper: experiences that touch people’s hearts.

Living my design philosophy

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area with my wife and two children in an Eichler. It’s a midcentury modern home that was designed to democratize Frank Lloyd Wright’s vision by making inspired architecture accessible beyond the wealthy. It’s a daily reminder that great design should serve everyone, not just the privileged few.

This conviction led me to found Creative Powerup, an online community for purpose-driven innovators bringing their boldest visions to life. Members gain practical support, collaborative momentum, and a framework for human-centered design that transforms big ideas into meaningful impact. Watching these creators evolve their ideas into thriving offerings serves as a powerful affirmation. Creativity truly does expand horizons and elevate human potential.

I first experienced this feeling of creative elevation at Autodesk, when artwork I created was launched into space. Today, helping others feel that same sense of wonder and empowerment is one of my greatest joys.

Let's create something lovable together

I’m drawn to founders and teams working toward BHAGs (Big, Hairy, Audacious Goals) that create genuine transformation at a global scale.

If you need a strategic design partner who specializes in bringing bold ideas to life in ways that spark the heart, let’s talk.
