The basics

Stock Intelligence is a tool I built to help you analyze stocks using AI. By using it, you agree to these terms. They’re here to protect both of us and set clear expectations.

What Stock Intelligence does

I provide AI-powered stock analysis reports that write directly to your Notion workspace. The tool:

  • Fetches financial and technical data from public sources
  • Generates analysis using AI (Google Gemini)
  • Writes the results to your Notion pages

What Stock Intelligence does NOT do

This is not financial advice. I’m not a registered investment advisor, broker, or financial planner. The analyses are for informational purposes only.

You are responsible for your own investment decisions. Don’t blame me if you lose money based on an analysis. Seriously—do your own research, consult a professional, and invest responsibly.

Beta program

Stock Intelligence is currently in beta, which means:

  • The product may have bugs or incomplete features
  • Features may change or be removed
  • I may limit access or modify rate limits as needed
  • Your feedback helps me build a better product

Beta access is by invitation only. I manually approve all accounts during beta.

Your account

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use Stock Intelligence.

Account security: You’re responsible for keeping your Notion credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, revoke the integration in your Notion settings immediately and let me know.

Acceptable use: Don’t:

  • Use the tool for illegal purposes
  • Try to reverse-engineer, hack, or break the system
  • Abuse rate limits or try to circumvent them
  • Share your account with others
  • Use the tool in a way that harms me or other users

I can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if I reasonably believe you’re abusing the service.

Rate limits and usage

  • Free tier: 10 analyses per day
  • Bypass codes: I may provide temporary unlimited access for beta testers or special cases

I reserve the right to change rate limits at any time, but I’ll give you reasonable notice for significant changes.

Payment (future)

Stock Intelligence is currently free during beta. When I launch paid tiers:

  • I’ll notify you at least 30 days in advance
  • You can choose to upgrade or continue with a free tier (if available)
  • Paid subscriptions will be billed monthly or annually
  • Refunds will be handled case-by-case (I’m reasonable, I promise)

Data and privacy

See the Privacy Policy for details. In short: I don’t sell your data, I encrypt sensitive information, and I only access what’s necessary to make the tool work.

Service availability

I do my best to keep Stock Intelligence running smoothly, but I can’t guarantee 100% uptime. Things happen:

  • Servers go down
  • APIs break
  • I need to do maintenance

I’ll do my best to minimize downtime and communicate when issues arise.

Intellectual property

Your data: You own your data. The analyses written to your Notion workspace are yours.

My stuff: I own the Stock Intelligence code, branding, and design. You can’t copy, modify, or redistribute it.

AI-generated content: The analyses are generated by AI using your inputs and public financial data. They’re provided as-is, and I don’t claim ownership of the specific text—but I do retain rights to the underlying system and methodology.

Disclaimers and limitations

This is not financial advice. Seriously. I’m providing a tool, not recommendations. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

No guarantees: I don’t guarantee that:

  • The data is 100% accurate (I use reputable sources, but errors happen)
  • The AI analysis is correct or complete
  • You’ll make money (or avoid losing money) by using this tool

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, I’m not liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from your use of Stock Intelligence. This includes:

  • Financial losses from investment decisions
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Service interruptions or bugs
  • Third-party service failures (Notion, FMP, etc.)

Use at your own risk.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. If I make significant changes, I’ll email you. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the new terms.

Termination

You can stop using Stock Intelligence anytime by revoking access in your Notion settings and emailing me to delete your account.

I can terminate your access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or if I decide to shut down the beta program or the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in California courts (or through friendly conversation—I’d much rather talk it out).
